Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style that links breath with movement, creating a flowing sequence of poses. It strengthens and stretches the body, improves flexibility, and reduces stress. Physically, it boosts circulation, tones muscles, and improves posture. On a deeper level, Vinyasa helps heal trauma by fostering mindfulness, emotional release, and self-awareness, allowing you to reconnect with your body, find inner peace, and build resilience.
